Danxomē, a living narrative of our heritage

At Studio Enabloo, we have always believed that digital design should not just inform, it should resonate. How do you tell the story of Benin, not as a dry list of dates in a dusty textbook, but as a living, pulsating, and immersive narrative? That was the challenge that sparked our latest project: DANXOMĒ.

More than just an app or a quiz, DANXOMĒ is an interactive narrative experience. We set out to create a space where the past and the present collide, leveraging the tools of our time: WebGL, immersive sound design, and cinematic storytelling, to offer a modern tribute to the legends of Danxomè.

From the lakeside city of Ganvié to the epic tales of the Amazons, and the historic return of the royal treasures, every chapter of this journey has been crafted as an immersion. We wanted to transform knowledge into a quest, where each user becomes an active participant in their own discovery.

Developing DANXOMĒ was a major technical and artistic challenge for our team. To achieve the immersive experience we envisioned, we opted for a minimalist design, stripping away unnecessary elements to let the powerful visual storytelling take center stage—seamlessly across both mobile and desktop.

- Sound Design: Every audio element was meticulously selected to transport the user into the heartbeat of the kingdom, echoing the rhythms of the Sato drums.
- Interactivity: The interface was built to vanish into the content, featuring a clean aesthetic and fluid transitions that ensure the player remains focused on what truly matters: the story.
- Narrative: Cotonou is our home, and it is through this local lens that we reinterpreted our myths. We wanted to give this history a voice that resonates with the pride of our culture.

At Studio Enabloo, we are convinced that the digital products of tomorrow will emerge from our ability to merge technical mastery with cultural depth. DANXOMĒ is the fruit of that ambition. It is a passion project, living proof that from Cotonou, we can craft digital experiences that stand on the world stage.
We invite you to walk the paths of this legendary empire. Whether you are a history buff, a tech enthusiast, or simply curious, DANXOMĒ is a voyage you can embark upon and one you can return to as often as you like.

How Studio Enabloo Redesigns the Presidency of Benin Website

Studio Enabloo led the Art Direction and UI/UX redesign of the Presidency of Benin’s official website, focusing on clarity, institutional strength, and modern digital governance.

The new design introduces a refined visual system built around deep navy blue and beige, reflecting a more stable and contemporary institutional identity aligned with President Romuald Wadagni’s aesthetic preferences.

The UX architecture was fully reworked, introducing three major features:

- The President’s Team
- A structured Presidential Agenda (first of its kind nationally)
- A direct channel to write to the President

As part of the redesign, Studio Enabloo also created the official pictogram representing the Palais de la Marina. This symbol anchors the digital identity in a strong visual reference, reinforcing institutional continuity across interfaces.

The development was handled end-to-end by OlaSoft, who executed the technical implementation with precision and excellence. The synergy between design and development teams was seamless, resulting in a highly stable and performant final product.

Several alternative UI directions were explored during the design phase. These included more experimental layouts, bolder typographic systems, and more expressive visual hierarchies.

While not retained, these explorations were essential in defining the final balance between institutional rigor and modern digital clarity.
